The Town requires a conceptual design, and confirmation of suitable locations. The Town needs this information in order to facilitate internal discussions and make a decision for moving the project forward. Playground and Splashpad Develop a conceptual design for an inclusive playground that aligns with the client's vision and space constraints. Develop a conceptual design for a splashpad that aligns with the client's vision, and space constraints. Ensure compliance with safety standards (Canadian Standards Association) Provide site plans, equipment specifications, and material recommendations. Swimming Pool/Multipurpose Facility determining placement in site planning for future development. A sample design will be provided for sizing purposes. Facility to include a swimming pool and a gymnasium. Facility to include a recreational activity pool. Recreation Complex Provide a site plan for the future development of above facilities to create a recreation complex that has functional flow, considers efficiencies and infrastructure requirements of these facilities and allows for a phased approach to provide these facilities.
