Site work for a water / sewer project in Wales, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project involves the construction of a culinary water pumping project near Wales Town. The work includes placing equipment within a previously constructed steel building, installing two 2,500-gallon culinary water storage tanks in the building along with two boost pumps and controls, a sand separator, valves and related appurtenances, and 3 galvanized schedule 40 pipe inside the building. Additionally, approximately 200 lineal feet of 6" C900 DR18 PVC pipe and ductile iron fittings are to be placed outside the building, connecting to existing 6" PVC pipe. All materials used must be manufactured in the USA. Bids must include a 5% bid bond and be submitted in a sealed envelope marked for the Wales Town Boost Pump Project before the stated deadline. Electronic copies of contract documents can be obtained from Wall Engineering at no charge.
