Site work for a municipal facility in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the installation of a gateway monument sign at the 1000 West 2700 South roundabout. The work includes: - Installation of a 4-way directional monument sign in the middle of the roundabout. - Supplying and installing power from a streetlight pole to the middle of the roundabout. - Providing a traffic control plan. Bidders must request to be placed on the plan holder list by contacting the designated email and obtain the plan design directly from the owner. Bidders must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Each bid must include bid security as detailed in the instructions. Withdrawal of bids is not allowed within thirty-five days after the opening date. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids.
