A. The Contractor is responsible for temporary access to the site and site security until construction is complete and the Contractor has moved off-site. B. The Contractor is responsible for restoring all property affected by the Work to its original condition. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows A. Brian Bloemen, bbloemen@syracuseut.gov The Secondary Metering Project #4 consists of Meter conversions of 49 secondary services No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to bbloemen@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
