**As of January 28th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 10th, 2026** Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the SR-193 & 2500 WEST INTERSECTION Project will be received. The project consists of installation of traffic signal conduit, installation and modifications to existing irrigation line, and installation of approximately 4,075 SY of 10" thick concrete pavement. Interested contractors must obtain the electronic set of Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents directly from Syracuse City Public Works Department at 801-825-7235 at no charge. No paper copies will be available. Bidders must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. Each bidder must submit a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders and may not withdraw their bid within thirty-five days after the date of opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 01/20/2026 at 11:00 AM MT Email questions to jbonner@syracuseut.gov. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Brian Bloemen, bbloemen@syracuseut.gov. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
