The North Davis Sewer District is accepting bids for the following, Supplying Two (2) Digester Heat Exchangers Term of the Purchase Contract is for duration of year 2025 or until District is invoiced at the completion of the project, after the commencement date stated in the notice to proceed. All communications relative to this bid and purchase shall be directed to Myron Bachman at 801-728-6830 or mbachman@NorthDavisSewer.gov prior to the opening of bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Owner. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda; mailed, faxed or delivered to all parties; and recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations of clarifications will be without legal effect. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award to lowest responsible bidder as it may serve the interest of the Owner.
