West Davis Highway Aesthetic Improvements The West Davis Highway Aesthetic Improvement project includes the Antelope Dr. location and consists of: Constructing monuments, installing boulders, decorative rock, steel edging, irrigation, meadow grass, corten steel bison, and native seed. A base bid with bid alternates depending on project budget. Substantial completion date is September 1, 2025. Turf grasses to be installed between September 15th and October 15th or until ground is frozen. No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to smarshall@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
