Snow College is seeking bids to establish a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest total cost for the installation of a steel carport. The total budget for this procurement is $14,000.00, covering all associated costs such as shipping, delivery, installation, and applicable fees. Bids exceeding this amount will be disqualified. The steel carport must have the following specifications: - Dimensions: 14' wide × 40' long × 12' high (side walls) - Enclosure: Fully enclosed top and both 40' sides - Material: Steel - Color: Navy blue metal siding Bidders must provide pricing for anchoring the carport to both gravel and cement bases. The cement pad or gravel base will be fully prepared and in place prior to installation, and the contractor will not be responsible for preparing or modifying the base surface. The installation location is Ephraim, Utah. The carport must meet a minimum snow load requirement of 60 PSF, compliant with local building codes.
