Renovation of a conference / convention center in Ephraim, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade conference / convention center.
The work involves removing two existing overhead roll-up doors (approx. 34' x 22') and their associated framing, disposing of all removed materials in accordance with local regulations, and ensuring all work complies with building codes and safety standards. The selected vendor will provide and install two new commercial-grade, fire-rated, gray roll-up overhead doors (16' x 16'), which must be electrically operated. The vendor is responsible for coordinating with Snow College for power supply, connecting and testing the electrical operation of the doors, ensuring weather sealing and alignment, and conducting a final inspection and testing. The job also requires structural modifications to accommodate the new door dimensions, installation of new framing to support the doors, mounting, securing, alignment, and required finishing. Bidders must provide an itemized quote that includes materials, travel, tools, equipment, rental fees, labor, and any applicable fees, along with warranty details, proof of insurance and applicable licenses listing Snow College as additionally insured, and a signed contract. No additional charges will be allowed after the bid is awarded. Only one primary bid per vendor will be accepted.
