Remodeling of an educational facility in Ephraim, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a 3,561-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Project will be complete using in-house staff The purpose is to issue a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest priced bid for the installation of a high-performance Epoxy / Polyaspartic Vinyl Chip Floor system. The selected vendor will provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project to specification. Scope of Work: - Surface preparation (grinding, cleaning, etc.) - Application of epoxy base coat - Broadcast of vinyl chips - Application of polyaspartic top coat - Final finish and cleanup Specifications: - Floor Type: Epoxy base with polyaspartic top coat and vinyl chip broadcast - Area Size: Approximately 3,561 sqft - Vendors are responsible for their own measurements - Location: Greenwood Student Center, Snow College - Work Dates: December 12, 2025 thru December 19, 2025 - Work must be completed during this timeframe Bid Requirements: - Itemized quote including materials, travel time, labor, and any applicable fees - Warranty details - Proof of insurance and applicable licenses with Snow College listed as additionally insured / certificate holder - Signed contract with Snow College - All labor and travel costs must be included in the total bid amount. No additional charges will be allowed after the bid is awarded. - Only the primary bid will be accepted if multiple or alternate bids are submitted.
