Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Ephraim, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade theater / auditorium.

The purpose is to issue a purchase order for the removal and replacement of two failed overhead roll-up doors located in the Eccles Center stage hallway. The vendor must provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project to specification. The existing doors, approximately 34 feet wide by 22 feet high, are obsolete and unserviceable, and will be replaced with new, smaller roll-up doors (16' x 16'). Project has been cancelled. The work involves: - Demolition and removal of the existing overhead doors and associated framing. - Framing modifications to reduce the opening size and prepare for new doors. - Construction of new framed walls, using 2x6 steel studs and sheetrock, finished and painted, insulated to meet fire wall requirements, and including any required additional bracing. - Supply and installation of two new 16' x 16' gray fire-rated roll-up doors, electrically operated. - Electrical integration, with Snow College providing in-house power to the new door locations. - Doors to be installed on the south side of the opening, inside the new framed wall. - Disposal of all removed materials and debris. All work must comply with applicable building codes and safety standards. Bidders must submit an itemized quote including materials, travel time, labor, and any fees, along with warranty details, proof of insurance, applicable licenses, and a signed contract. All labor and travel costs must be included in the bid total; no additional charges will be allowed after award.
