Snow College is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest total cost for the installation of a Steel Carport. Project Specifications: Dimensions: 14' wide x 40' long x 12' high (side walls) Enclosure: Fully enclosed top + both 40' sides (An example of carport available in the files section) Material: Steel Color: Navy blue metal siding Anchoring: Quote for both gravel and cement Installation Deadline: By October 25th Location: Ephraim, Utah Snow Load Requirement: Minimum 60 PSF, compliant with Ephraim, Utah building codes Question Deadline 09/03/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Location : online portal Installation and Travel: Submitted quote must include all costs for installation and travel. All submitted bid prices must be inclusive of all associated costs, including but not limited to shipping, handling, delivery, setup (if applicable), and any additional fees or surcharges. No additional charges will be accepted beyond the total bid amount. Contractor/Vendor shall provide proof of the general liability insurance policy and other required insurance policies to SNOW COLLEGE before work may start. Contractor must add SNOW COLLEGE as an additional insured. Additional Notes: - Equipment must be new. - Delivery must be FOB Destination to the specified location in Utah. All shipping and handling costs must be included in the quoted price. Warranty and Service Vendors must specify the warranty coverage included with the product. Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This IFB shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this IFB. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this IFB. Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids. Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
