Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ephraim, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a 14,240 Square foot metal building, 3,051 square feet of attached office space, and a 6,300 square foot separate materials storage metal building. Work also includes curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt parking lot, concrete paving around the structure, concrete fuel and oil containment structures and installation of site utilities and other associated work. Bids will be received for a single contract. Ephraim City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Ephraim City Public Works Complex. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
