Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chester, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of November 5, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed.** The City of Chester, WV is seeking bids for its 2025 Concrete Repair Project. The project consists of two parts: 1) Demolition of the asphalt handicap access ramp near the multi-purpose room of the City of Chester Municipal Building and construction of a new concrete handicap access ramp that meets or exceeds US ADA standards and guidelines. The new ramp must include an ADA compliant railing on both sides. Specifications planned must be clarified in the sealed bid. 2) Installation of fill and flashing for the Indiana Avenue facing areas to direct water away from the building.
