Renovation of a multi-residential development in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Exterior renovations to include replacing vinyl siding with fiber cement board, fiber cement column surrounds, sidewalk repair, and landscaping. Interior renovations to include replacing light fixtures with LED lights, replacing ranges, modifying casework, installing new LVT flooring, and replacing tubs with showers at select units. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Price/Sum contract may be obtained from the office of the Architect/Engineer upon receipt of a refundable deposit. Electronic documents may be obtained at no cost. Only Bidders can obtain documents, though they may be viewed at specified locations. A Five Percent Bid Security is required. Other bidding requirements are described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders. The project is federally funded; specific provisions and regulations apply as described in Document 004396 - Representation and Certifications to Bidders. Bidders must present evidence of proper licensure according to State Contractor's Licensing Law and HUD requirements. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is strongly encouraged. Contractors are requested to visit the site prior to bidding.
