Renovation of a stadium in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The City of Jackson is soliciting bids from vendors for twelve (12) new HVAC systems at the Jackson Ballpark. Installation of the new HVAC units will be performed by the City's Municipal Maintenance team. All HVAC material will be picked up by the City. The new HVAC system for each of the twelve units must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications: o Type: Split System, Air Conditioner and Air Handler with integrated heat strip. o Cooling Capacity: 4-Ton (48,000 BTU/h) nominal. o Heating Capacity: 10 kW electric heat strip. o Efficiency: Minimum 14 SEER. o Refrigerant: The system shall utilize an environmentally friendly refrigerant, preferably R-454B or a newer equivalent. o Air Handler: Multi-position, compatible with the specified condenser unit. o Condenser: Single-stage, with a durable, corrosion-resistant cabinet. The City reserves the right to postpone or reject any or all bids/rfps/rfqs, to waive informalities and to accept the Bid/RFP/RFQ judged to be in the best interest of the City.
