Renovation of a stadium in Boone, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Appalachian State University Athletics is soliciting for a designer to perform advanced planning services for improvements to the east side of Kidd Brewer Stadium. The new eastside tower will include 2-3 levels of premium seating, upgraded concessions, restrooms and catering facilities. The project will also include structural repairs of lower seating area and stadium egress/access improvements. Current project authorization is for advances planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
