Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Boone, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
SCOPE OF WORK This project will replace the existing relay panel lighting control system with new relay panel lighting controls. The new controls will be compatible with interfaces that will assist with building operations and energy management. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
