Site work for a pipeline in Hazard, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade pipeline.
Installation of small diameter gas line for various projects. The bid will include fusion and price per foot of installation. Material will be supplied by the City. All bidders must be state certified for gas line installation and follow state guidelines. For more details, bidders must pick up a specifications sheet and do a site visit with the City Manager prior to bidding. Failure to comply with bid instructions may disqualify a bid. Bidders must also comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1954, the Anti-Kickback Act, Contract Work Hours Standard Act and 40 CFR 31.36 L (3, 4 & 6) 2012; Presidential Executive Order No. 11246 as amended, which prohibits discrimination regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
