Services included in this proposal include material and labor, Base Scope of Work: Engineering oSurveying oEngineering plans oPermitting with DERM oShop Drawing Review and approval oSewer line certification and close out Site Work: o (500 SF) Asphalt Removal (based on 2" depth) Civil on-site Earthwork: o (500 SF) Limerock Base LBR 100 for Proposed Asphalt including compaction o No separate mobilization for the building pad is included. Sewer: o (90 LF) Remove existing 8" Cast Iron and replace with 8" PVC C-900, Existing Manholes to Remain o (2 EA) manholes are removed, disposed, and replaced $70,000.00. o Bypass for sewer installation will be achieved with a standby vac truck. o Pre and post CCTV of the line segment from MH to MH. o The roadway must be closed for this work. We can work at off-peak hours to minimize disruption to airport operations. We are expecting a 12am-7am working time. o MOT only includes cones and signs. No VMS or arrow boards, or police presence. o CCTV from the dog park to the airside as long as the camera fits in the pipe. o Emergency CCTV that was performed already is included in this pricing. o We are not including the pricing to remove the canopy. We need the canopy and electrician vendors from the airport to be able to remove a section of the canopy to cross the sewer and then reinstall it. Erosion Control: o N/A Pavement, markings and road work: o (100 SF) Grass restoration o (100 SF) Sidewalk restoration o (1 EA) Drainage removal o (300 SF) Asphalt S-III patch o Asphalt 1" Milling and 1" Resurfacing is not included. o No temporary or permanent striping included in proposal. Options: 1. Vibration Monitoring - $2,500/Day 2. CCTV Drainage/Sewer Line - $8,000/Day - This is in case additional CCTV beyond what is included above is required. 3.
