The work consists of furnishing all materials and labor for the Exterior Improvements at Northeastern High School, 7295 US 27 North, Fountain City, Indiana 47341, to be constructed according to the provided plans and specifications. The project will be bid as a single prime contract. Bidders are instructed to refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual for additional procedures and requirements. Bids must be properly completed and submitted on the required forms, accompanied by a certified check or a surety bond in an amount equal to not less than five percent of the base bid. A financial statement is required with the bid submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
