Track Resurfacing at Northeastern High School, 7295 US 27 North, Fountain City, IN 47341. The work must be constructed according to the Plans and Specifications prepared by VPS Architecture. Northeastern Wayne School Corporation invites sealed bid proposals for the furnishing of all materials and labor for the Track Resurfacing at Northeastern High School. The project will be bid as a single prime contract. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bidders surety bond payable to Northeastern Wayne School Corporation in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. The check or bond shall guarantee the bidder will, if awarded the contract, execute a contract for the work and furnish acceptable surety bonds. Bids must be submitted on the latest version of Contractor's Bid for Public Bidding Form No. 96, as well as the Bid Form included in the Project Manual. A financial statement is required as an attachment to Form 96. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects or irregularities. All bidders must conform to employment and anti-discrimination provisions of Indiana law.
