Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) 2025 The City of Madisonville reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the award of the bid. Award of the bid shall be based on an analysis of the lowest and best bid that meets our specifications. Local resident bidders may be eligible for a bidder's preference pursuant to KRS 45A Scope of Work A. The installation of a CIPP structural liner 1,169 ft (7.5 mill or equivalent in eight (15) inch VCP pipe) at the location. 1. from grapevine road manhole # 1033 to the intersection of Hayes Ave manhole # 1032 turning onto Ave to manhole # 1030 and ending at the manhole #1026 behind 260 Ave. 2. Re-instate active Taps or Taps for Vacant Lots as needed 3. Provide By-Pass Pumping as necessary 4. Provide Traffic Control as necessary 5. Provide all inspection reports (USB) and information before and after lining. The Wastewater Collection Department request that all qualified bidders have the bid package at Madisonville City Hall by 10:00 A.M. on October 27, 2025 for consideration. All bids should include the following: 1. Company Name 2. References 3. Company History /Experience 4. Type and Specifications of Liner and resins along with insertion and curing specifications. 5. Total Cost 6. Price per Foot 7. By-Pass pumping Cost 8. All Cleaning and CCTV Inspection Cost 9. Mobilization Cost 10. Warranty Information
