Renovation of a medical facility in Cadiz, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, equipment, and performing all work required for the Trigg County Hospital Generator Upgrade. All bidders must obtain a complete set of PDF Contract Documents from Spurr Architecture. Bids must be mailed to the designated address and must be received before the deadline. Each contractor must file a Bidders qualification statement (AIA Document A305) and provide a bid bond or certified check for 5% of the bid amount. The owner reserves the right to accept, reject, or waive any bids, and to negotiate in accordance with applicable regulations. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure timely receipt of proposals. The selected provider will be required to enter into a contract in compliance with all state and federal requirements, as well as any additional stipulations from funding sources.
