This work shall include, but is not limited to, milling of existing pavement, full-depth pavement replacement with asphalt, drainage structure improvements, driveway improvements, and providing thermoplastic pavement markings as specified. Bid Proposals shall be properly and completely executed on the forms provided, including State Form 52414 (Form 96), revised 2013 or later. Contractors and Sub-Contractors are required to enroll in and verify the work eligibility status of all its newly hired employees through the E-Verify program. Contractors and Sub-Contractors shall be INDOT prequalified. No Bidder may withdraw his proposal within a period of 60 days following the date set for opening bids. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than 60 days, and said bids shall remain in full force and effect during said time. The Board of Public Works and Safety further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to any Bidder to the advantage of the City of Beech Grove, or to reject all bids.
