SDSTA is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct annual inspections of overhead doors, both on the surface and underground, at a fixed rate. The contractor will also provide scheduled repairs and on-call reactive services on a time and materials basis. The selected contractor must complete all required SDSTA safety training, including fall protection, and comply with all Environmental, Safety, and Health requirements to be on-site. The scope of work includes: - Providing skilled support for preventive maintenance inspections, scheduled repairs, and reactive services on electrical or manually operated roll-up doors. - Conducting annual inspections of 44 doors over two full days with an on-site guide. - Providing all supervision, labor, materials, expendable equipment, utility, and transportation services. - Documenting maintenance reports and repairs.
