Mesa Unified School District No. 4 ("District") is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair, rebuild, and replace a wide range of commercial pumps and ancillary products for water and wastewater systems throughout the District. The District is located primarily in Mesa, Arizona and is comprised of approximately 200 square miles. There are approximately 57,000 students enrolled in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The District maintains over 80 educational facilities within the District as well as approximately 12 administrative facilities. These include 6 high schools, 9 junior high schools, 50 elementary schools, 5 success schools, and 12 choice schools. See District Map attached to this proposal. Over the course of one year, it is estimated the District may spend approximately $150,000 in maintenance, repair, and replacement of water/wastewater pump systems. This is an estimated amount only and no quantity is implied or guaranteed throughout the term of this contract. Question Deadline 10/28/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Question Response Deadline: November 3, 2025, 2:00pm It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract, beginning on JANUARY 1, 2026 or the date of award and continuing for a period of one year, through DECEMBER 31, 2026 or to the last day of the month, previous to the awarded month. (Example: If awarded on JANUARY 15, 2026, the contract would still only run through DECEMBER 31, 2026). If all conditions are met during this period, this contract can be extended, if funding is available, for up to four additional one-year contracts or any portion thereof. However, no contract exists unless and until a purchase order is issued each fiscal year. Contractor shall maintain in current status all federal, state, and local licenses, bonds, and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by Contractor. Pursuant to the School District Procurement Code, the District requires a Performance and Payment Bond for any single project that is expected to exceed $100,000. The District reserves the right to make a multiple award to more than one offeror. District reserves the right to cancel the Contract awarded under a Solicitation and replace it with a newer Contract awarded to the same Contractor for similar goods and services.
