The City of Mesa (City) intends to select a Contractor that will furnish, install, configure and support the installation of a new wall processor system that provides the functionality and processing power, described herein, to replace their existing wall processor at the Citys Traffic Management Center (TMC) located within the Mesa Transportation Division facility at 300 E 6th Street, Mesa, AZ 85201. The Contractorshall furnish, install, configure, test, and warranty a wall processorsystem, as well as provide training and operations and maintenance support services to the City as described herein. The City anticipates that all work will be completed within six (6) months from the date that the City issues a Notice-to-Proceed (NTP), with support services provided for five (5) years following acceptance of initial work. 2.4.2 WALL PROCESSOR FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The new wall processor system shall be provided with all necessary software, hardware, and licenses needed to achieve a fully functionalsystem for both the initial installation and future system connectionsidentified. This includes the capability of supporting the following: 2.4.2.1 10 Simultaneous System Users: The wall processor system shall support ten (10) simultaneous system users operating the client application provided. This wall processor client application shall be initially installed on the eight (8) TMC workstations and the other two (2) licenses are for future workstations.
