The City of Mesa is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide Pre-Construction Services and complete Construction Services as the CMAR for the Hohokam Stadium Improvements project. This project involves interior and exterior upgrades to existing buildings, as well as the construction of new stadium facilities, and adjacent training facilities. The construction phase may involve early procurement packages, and/or multiple construction packages to accommodate schedule requirements.
