Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Wallingford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Roof Replacement for Low Level Sewer Pump Station 155 John Street. The Town of Wallingford is accepting bids for this project. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions concerning the work requirements of this bid are to be submitted through the Purchasing Portal Scope of Proposed Work: o Remove all vegetation around roof areas to the best of their ability o Set up all safety items required to protect labor force o Remove all EPDM roof membrane and insulation down to original concrete roof deck o Remove all penetration and parapet wall flashings o Completely remove any abandoned penetrations o Install new coverboard to inside of parapet walls to encapsulate all masonry with new roof membrane o Install one new layer of 2.5" polyisocyanurate insulation or approved equal o Install new tapered insulation cricket to minimize ponding water and divert to the existing roof drains o Install a new adhered 0.060 mil EPDM or approved equal roofing system over the new insulation, complete with all flashings and terminations required o Install protective walkway rolls at service sides of all HVAC equipment o Provide nightly roof-to-roof tie-ins to protect the interior of the facility in case of inclement weather for the duration of the project o Daily Clean up is required o Install new perimeter gravel stop edge metal; Color to be selected by owner o Provide twenty (20) year manufacturer's warranty o Provide two (2) year installer's warranty
