This project entails the maintenance of traffic; demolition and construction of concrete curb, sidewalk, handicap access ramps: upgrades the traffic signals including pedestrian signal, poles & bases, pedestrian signal heads, handboxes, conduit and electrical cables; APS pushbutton system with wiring; pavement milling & overlay; pavement markings; tree planting; topsoil & mulch; and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by KCI Technologies, Inc. and the City of Hagerstown, Maryland.
