This project entails the maintenance of traffic; erosion sediment control; the removal of rock; furnishing and replacing of rock in existing rock walls; mortar and rock masonry; concrete and pipe installation; and all labor and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the city of Hagerstown, MD. Sixty (60) working days is the length of the contract. Liquidated damages are assessed at $ 300.00 per day. Funding for this project is provided by The City of Hagerstown, Maryland Storm Water Fund with no wage rate requirements. 10% Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check to be submitted with the Sealed Proposal.
