Site work consists of a concrete retaining wall for future building structure and installation of site utilities for electrical, water, sewer, fiber, and gas. Stormwater management will involve inlets, grass swales, earth dikes, filter dikes, and a stormwater pond. Additional work includes porous asphalt paving, standard asphalt paving, curb, striping, and lighting.
