This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation ("Waterfront Toronto") to prospective firms to submit Proposals for Construction Management Services - Ookwemin Minising Project. The Construction Manager will required to provide complete construction management services in support of the Ookwemin Minising project for the construction of infrastructure and public realm to support development on the site, early site activation works and Biidaasige Park North, which includes but is not limited to preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, construction strategy, value engineering, tendering, construction of Ookwemin Minising Project and post construction services.
