Reference Number 0000401251 Purchase Type Term: 11/24/2025 01:00 AM EST - 10/31/2026 01:00 AM EDT The School District of Escambia County, Florida ("School District") solicits your company to submit a proposal to provide for the inspection, maintenance, and servicing of wastewater treatment plants and lift stations at four (4) locations throughout the School District. Upon mutual written agreement and approval of the School Board of Escambia County, Florida, an Agreement will be issued in one (1) year increments for up to a total of five (5) years subject to the availability of lawfully appropriated funds and School Board approval. The initial term of the Agreement(s) shall be from November 24, 2025 through October 31, 2026. Renewal term(s) will be from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027. All pricing proposed herein shall be firm throughout the first year of the Agreement. Multiple Responders may be awarded. The Responder must be able to respond to service calls within a two (2) hours period.
