The selected vendor will supply, including delivery and removal as needed, a total of 12 standard portable toilet units at specified locations within Escambia County—Palafox Transfer Station, Oak Grove Convenience Center, Perdido Landfill, and Klondike Archery Park (Klondike Landfill). Any damaged units that need repair or replacement due to weather, vandalism, or general wear and tear will be repaired or replaced at the vendor’s expense. All maintenance, delivery, removal, restocking, chemical usage, and all other costs are to be included in the weekly per unit rate. Units will be accessible during regular business hours only, and the contractor must be capable of responding for unit delivery, replacement, or removal Monday through Saturday, within 24 hours of request. In the event of a county emergency or severe weather, the vendor must relocate all units to a secure location and may be required to provide additional units at the same rate. Upon completion or termination of the agreement, all equipment must be removed and premises restored to original condition.
