As of October 28,2025 Project has been canceled and will be re-advertised later in the month of November*** Sealed bids are being solicited for project BID #2026-01, HVAC Controls, for the City of Orange. Bidders are required to submit one original and two duplicates of the executed offer on the provided Bidding Form. Bids must be fully sealed in an envelope, with the bidder's information in the upper left-hand corner and the project name and number on the bottom lower left-hand corner. If submitting by courier, place the sealed envelope inside the courier package with the appropriate markings on both the envelope and courier package. All submissions must be addressed to the City of Orange, and will be opened at the designated date and time. Late bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Participation eligibility requires that entities not be under suspension, debarment, or similar ineligibility by any government entity. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the most advantageous bid. Bidding documents can be obtained by email, online, or in person at designated locations.
