The Request for Proposal (RFP) requests proposals for: A) Replacement of legacy wireless access points with new wireless access points; B) Physical installation of wireless access points and related accessories; C) Removal of legacy wireless access points; D) Provisioning wireless access points within management platform; E) The installation of new CAT6 cable runs terminated to a site's MDF/IDF if the existing cable run is not currently a minimum of CAT5e specification. This would include termination of the cable runs with RJ45 connectors as well as cutting ceiling tiles for certain wireless access point installations to District specifications, as deemed necessary; F) Any other associated support, subscriptions, and licensing required for the completion of this project. The District is requesting that the selected vendor enter into a contract for Wireless Network Equipment with the option to extend the contract on an annual basis if mutually agreed upon and determined to be in the best interest of the district. The initial contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The District may extend the contract up to two additional terms covering October 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028, and October 1, 2028, through June 30, 2028. The Contractor shall complete all Work (as outlined within the Scope of Work and all other RFP documents).
