This project consists of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades at the Buckley Street entrance to Community Park in the City of Poway. The project includes the construction of a new ADA compliant pathway as well as ADA compliant picnic and barbeque areas along the new pathway. This is a federally-assisted project and Davis-Bacon (DBRA) requirements will be strictly enforced. Federal Labor Standards provisions HUD-4010 will be incorporated into the successful bidder's contract and is attached hereto as Appendix E. Contractors, including all subcontractors and apprentices, must be eligible to participate. Federal Wage Determination #CA20250001 dated 08/14/2025 is incorporated herein and is attached hereto as Appendix N. However, actual prevailing wage rates will be determined as of the bid opening date.
