Shelby County Government, on behalf of the Memphis MPO, is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified Vendors to provide On-Call Pedestrian and Bicycle Planning Services to support the implementation of the Regional Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan and any other pedestrian and bicycle-related planning needs. The On-Call Pedestrian and Bicycle Planning Services will include data collection and updates, sub-area or corridor-level analyses, assistance with the development of the Memphis MPO's Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), and the development of technical guidance for pedestrian and bicycle planning, while ensuring all work complies with ADA standards and accessibility requirements.
