Renovation of a hospitality development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 106,851-square-foot hospitality development.
Courtyard by Marriott Erie Bayfront Interior Renovation Contract 2 - Fire Protection Questions during the bidding phase shall be directed in writing and to the attention of Shelane A. Buehler, AIA, (814) 464-1104 phone or sab@buehlerassociates.com at the office of the same, no later than three (3) days prior to bid date. All questions will be answered in writing in addendums to all General Contractor bidders no later than forty eight (48) hours prior to the bid date. Question Deadline 10/27/2025 Work for the project shall be accomplished by Multiple Prime Contractors and Subcontractors. Work in the contract shall include but not be limited to the following: SCOPE DESCRIPTION Courtyard by Marriott Erie Bayfront Interior Renovation is a five story interior renovation of approximately 100,000 square feet located at 2 Sassafras Pier, Erie, PA 16507. The building includes 192 rooms and various public spaces. The interior renovation will consist primarily of carpet and porcelain tile flooring, painted gypsum board walls and ceilings, wallcovering and light fixture replacement. Limited plumbing work will be included. Labor for furniture replacement will be included in the scope of work.
