Courtyard by Marriott Erie Bayfront Interior Renovation is a five story interior renovation of approximately 100,000 square feet located at 2 Sassafras Pier, Erie, PA 16507. The building includes 192 rooms and various public spaces. The interior renovation will consist primarily of carpet and porcelain tile flooring, painted gypsum board walls and ceilings, wallcovering and light fixture replacement.
