The work under Contract 2025-02A & 2025-02B covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the construction of improvements to the Sigsbee Booster Pump Station which provides water service to Erie Water Works High Service pressure district. The project is located in The City of Erie, Pennsylvania. Sigsbee Booster Pump Station Renovations The Project includes the following Work: Work under Contract covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the construction of improvements to the Sigsbee Booster Pump Station. The Project has an expected duration of 510 days. Instructions to Bidders. This project is funded in whole or in part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Attention is called to the fact that PennVest funding is being provided for this project and that the requirements of PennVest, Federal Minority Business Enterprise, and Women Business Enterprise as outlined in the specifications are to be adhered to, that not less than the minimum salaries and wages, as established by the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage rates must be paid on this project. The Owner hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
