The City of Abbeville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Harry's Plaza Redevelopment project. All earthwork, storm drainage, water/sewer utilities, retaining walls, concrete curb & gutter, concrete and brick paver walkways, asphalt paving, and landscaping associated with developing a +/- 1.8 acre site into a new City parking area between N. Main Street and Spring Street. Doc Note: Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The is no pre-bid conference for this project. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates).
