Sealed Bids for “Police Department Interior Cleaning Services” will be received by the Town Clerk. All bids must be prepared on the provided forms, submitted in six signed copies in sealed envelopes clearly marked for the project. Each bid must include a Certified or Bank Check or surety bond for 5% of the total first year bid amount to ensure contract signature. Payment and Performance Security equal to four months of the first year’s contract cost, as well as proof of insurance, must be provided before contract signing. Bidders are required to submit a Non-Collusion Bidding Certificate and an Iranian Energy Sector Divestment Certificate with their bids. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will be held at the Police Department facility; all prospective bidders must pre-register and attend. Questions must be sent by email or hand delivery to specified contacts by the stated deadline. Bidders should register with the Town Clerk to receive responses and addenda, and monitor the designated website. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine the project’s ultimate scope. Compliance with Sections 291-299 of the Executive Law of New York is required.
