Supply and installation of grass reinforcement mesh used by the Department of Public Works for all districts--Eastbank and Westbank--for the Jefferson Parish Department of Engineering. Vendors must comply with all provisions in the technical specifications and instructions for bidders and general terms and conditions. The sod staples shall be 6" x 1" - 11 gauge wire, and the amount provided shall be no less than 20,265 per acre. Installation Vendor shall install reinforcing mesh and, when warranted, geogrid in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation. Installation will be paid for each acre of product installed as per the applicable line items. Payment will only cover labor, equipment, and any incidentals necessary to satisfactorily install the grass reinforcing mesh and geogrid systems. Payment for the furnishing grass reinforcing mesh and geogrid will be made under separate applicable supply line items. The minimum acceptable installation quantity for any single order is one (1) acre or 43,560 sq. ft.
