Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

Qualified firms or individuals are invited to submit written proposals to develop affordable Mixed Income Rental housing on approximately 0.62 acres at the corner North of Jackson Ave and East of D Street, in Las Vegas, Nevada (APN 139-27-110-083), for the price of $1.00, for the purpose of providing affordable housing, via a direct sale.
