Established Pay Lines - to added upon award 4" and 6" Permanent Striping - Paint - The price for striping will not be bid but will be established at $0.56 per linear foot for each application of the 4" or 6" paint with a guaranteed minimum striping quantity of 1500 linear feet per delivery order. 6" Thermoplastic Striping -Spray- The price for thermo 6" white and yellow will not be bid but will be established at $1.50 per linear foot with a guaranteed minimum striping quantity of 1500 linear feet per delivery order. Remove Pavement Marker - Pavement markers shall be removed in accordance with the KYTC standard specifications at $10.00 EACH Pavement Striping Removal - Removal of thermoplastic pavement striping and/or excessive paint markings shall be performed in accordance with the KYTC standard specifications at $2.25 per Linear Ft. Thermoplastic Marking Removal - Removal of thermoplastic pavement markings, including but not limited to, curve arrows, straight arrows, combination arrows, RR crossing markings, stop bars, etc. shall be performed in accordance with KYTC standard specifications at $106 EACH The installation of thermoplastic markings after completion of the project will not be the responsibility of the Vendor.
