Demolition and site work for a residential development in Winter Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,956-square-foot, two-story above grade residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall 1. Obtain a demolition permit from the City of Winter Haven Building Department. 2. Disconnect all utility services under Citys supervision before demolition. 3. Complete and submit a Notice of Demolition (Form 62-257.900) to FDEP. A copy must be provided to the City prior to commencing demolition. 4. Demolish, remove, and dispose of the structures, fencing, junk/debris, foundation, steps, and/or walkways. 5. Remove all materials from the demolition site in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Including any asbestos materials as listed on the attached Asbestos Survey Report. 6. Remove and dispose of appliances and other items that may contain refrigerants, including refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, portable air conditioners, and central air conditioners, in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40, Part 82. 7. Remove and legally dispose of mercury-containing materials including fluorescent, high-pressure sodium, mercury vapor, metal halide bulbs, and thermostats containing a liquid filled capsule. 8.
