The project generally consists of approximately 5,409 LF of 12-inch gravity sewer, 245 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer, 29 manholes, required connections to the existing gravity sewer system, abandonment of the existing 8-inch gravity sewer system, and associated work tasks for a complete and proper installation. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
